Paul Rhee is a dedicated husband, father, and son, as well as a highly trained executive chef. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in NYC, Paul has worked alongside multiple Michelin-starred chefs at renowned Michelin-star establishments. After relocating to New Jersey, he served as a culinary director before deciding to open a high-quality smash burger restaurant. At Bun Buddies, Paul is committed to using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients and ensuring his patties are never frozen.
